Summary: | While attempting to land at Clark Air Force Base, the aircraft contacted the perimeter fence, 3,500 ft. from the threshold of the runway, causing the plane to clip the tower and crash 300 ft. left of the runway center line. The aircraft also struck a taxi killing the driver.
