Summary: | During take off, the aircraft failed to climb and struck a vehicle on a public road just beyond the end of the runway. The aircraft was substantially damaged and the pilot elected to carry out a forced landing. During the attempted landing, the aircraft struck powerlines, crashed and burned. Pilots error in initiating late rotation and following wrong rotation technique, and failure of the NAA to regulate the mobile traffic on the Beed road during the flight hours. |
