Summary: A cargo plane carrying U.S. anti-narcotics officials crashed while attempting to land at Bost Airport in Lashkar Gah. The plane overran the runway and crashed into a residential area after trying to avoid a truck that pulled onto the runway. The pilot pulled up to avoid hitting the truck but was unable to gain sufficient speed to remain airborne.
