Shortly after leaving the runway during takeoff the No. 2 engine caught fire. Through some confusion, the crew did not pull the fire shutoff handle. The fire continued to burn and while attempting to land, the No. 2 engine fell away. After the plane came to a stop, the wing tank exploded.
