Very interesting site. But I need comment about the crash occurred in november 16, 1954. The operator couldn't be TAM because TAM started flying in 1961. Look at http://www.tam.com.br/b2c/jsp/default.jhtml?adPagina=342&adArtigo=3012

Re your report C124 crash 22 FEB 57: There were about 125- 150 passengers on board, typical for those flights which operated daily. The exact number escapes me after 51 years. There was no "explosion"- the No.3 propellor shaft failed and the spinning prop came through the side of the plane. It destroyed the electrical control panel, yanked No.4 throttle to idle and cut the throttle cable.According to the pilot, the Han River was shining "like a silver ribbon"in the moonlight. Since he was heavy with passengers and fuel, 2 engines at max power, one at idle and one acting as an air brake and he had no electrics, he made the right decision and ditched. That only 29 died is miraculous, may they RIP.

I was searching a information about a plan crash which was happened in Sri lanka. Though I could not find that information what was looking for i was surprised with the facts and the infarmation u have gathered. It was well prepared and presented. I would say this is a great work by u guys.

Personaly, I was realy dissapointed with certain incidents which caused many fatal deaths due to a sabotage & hijacking which is 14% of Fatal Accidents.

I will welcome all of u to be alert as a passenger to secure ur self, that will make a safe landing for all.

Greetings

Angelo Joseph( Sri lanka)
